The Comet HFJ-L77Y is a mobile 7-element loop antenna, nicely packed in two nylon carrying bags. Ideal for POTA (Parks On The Air) and GMA (Global Mountain Activity) and other outdoor activities and holidays.
It can be fully assembled without the need for extra tools, simply by clicking the elements together and tighten the thumbscrews. Specially designed for mobile operation, it can also be used for more permanent installations.
With a VSWR of ≤1.5, the 7-loop elements offer a gain of 11.5 dBi on 430 MHz, with a power handling capacity of up to 100 watts.
The HFJ-L77Y is made of lightweight and durable materials, including fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) and aluminum.
