K-PO - AV-508
The K-PO AV-508 is a premium-quality desk microphone designed to deliver consistent and clear voice transmission. Equipped with a high-sensitivity microphone element, it ensures superior voice clarity, making it ideal for semi-professional and professional communication.
This microphone offers a range of features, including an FM/SSB audio quality selector, an ‘ON AIR’ indicator, a PTT switch with a lock function, a flexible gooseneck microphone, and an up/down control for compatible transceivers. Additionally, it allows for volume output adjustment to suit your needs.
The AV-508 is designed with versatility in mind, featuring two interface cable connectors on the back. These connectors can be selected based on the radio brand, using the convenient selector switch.
Please note:
- Two selectable interface cable connectors on the backside of the microphone; one for Kenwood/Yaesu and one for Icom.
- The interface cable is not included. Optional interface cables are available for Alinco, Icom, Kenwood, and Yaesu transceivers. You can find these cables listed under ‘Related Products’ at the bottom of this page.
- The AV-508 microphone requires two AA batteries for operation (not included).
- Ensure that your transceiver is compatible with the AV-508 or AV-908 desk microphone and the selected interface cable before use. We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect usage or wiring.
